Welcome to the online application for Fair Trade in Tourism South Africa (FTTSA) certification!
The objective of this site is to accept applications for FTTSA certification in a user-friendly manner. If, however, something isn't clear, please just let us know.
With respect to the actual application, it is divided into TWO phases.
- The FIRST phase consists of 9 simple questions that will give you an indication as to whether or not you are on the right track. Once you pass this brief preliminary test, you will be able to register your business and complete the full application.
- Phase TWO - the FULL application - takes you through 9 different sections. Once you complete each section in full, you can save it and then either continue with another section or log off and come back later to continue with your application. Once you're done, don't forget to click on 'submit' - otherwise we don't receive your application and will not know that you are keen to be certified!
